1. Download voter registration Form 6 from URL http://eci.nic.in/eci_main/forms/FORM6.pdf
2. Fill the form. You need - 2 photos, Age proof and Address proof (hostellers can vote - take letter from warden if in hostel for over 6 months).
3. Submit the form at Collector’s office or call the numbers below for collection booth near you:

4. Ensure to take receipt of the form submitted
