Dear Nagpurians,

IT certainly gives a reason to feel proud to know, to feel ,to share, to see the UNTIY Nagpurians have shown almost last 15 days. And the most amazing and best part about it all was it WAS ABSOLUTELY NON-VIOLENT and harmless for any human or anything.

 Well, fellow Indians, this is just the beginning of the much needed era of a REVOLUTION which India needed since decades and to keep the flames burning we all need to be together, connected for the next steps.

Once the efforts bear the fruits when the Jan Lokpal gets passed, we all have to play a major role in implementing it an for that you don’t need to do much, just start getting connected as wide and as deep as possible.

For this we will regularly organize various activities like debate competitions in colleges, awareness campaign, etc.

As anything here is incomplete without contribution, please keep posting your ideas, comments, information, views, suggestions relevant to this MOVEMENT.

SUMMON FOR VILAS MUTTEMWAR FROM NAGPURIANS

We the people of Nagpur have sent this summon to the MP Mr. Vilasrao Muttemwar as he is not visible to the public and we are finding him. the summon given to the MP to his office and home and to media as below.

People of your constituency elected and sent you to parliament successively to voice their grievances and to look after their interest in the parliament.

It has been observe that you have been unproportionately focused somewhere else; towing the line of your party President and others who maters in the Government. You were personally benifited with Lal-batti and others important portfolios. In the glamour, you have forgotten your obligation and have distanced from the people of your constituency.

You have not visited even once the camp site opened on 16th of august where aggrieved people assembled protesting against mind boggling corruption by the ministers who are being provided protective umbrella by the Government. Out of 16 citizen who began their indefinite fast at camp site, 6 have survived and are fasting for ove 160 hours, whereas 5 had to terminate for deteriorating health. in addition, couple of hundred join the fasting chain every day.

Your status changed from singular to plural after election as Member of Parliament As such, you represent the people of your constituency in the Parliament. As such, you are called upon to report the camp site at RBI square immediately to take direction as to how you are expected to conduct during discussion on Lokpal in the parliament. Mr. Pravin Singh Aron, has made people of Bareilly constituency proud whereas we are hiding our faces in shame.

Do not ignore this summon, or else, people of your constituency will be compelled to recall you and may put you on scanner to measure the benefit accrued for dancing to the tune of your party President.

 280 लाख करोड़ का सवाल है ... 

> भारतीय गरीब है लेकिन भारत देश कभी गरीब नहीं रहा"* ये कहना है स्विस बैंक के डाइरेक्टर 
> का. स्विस बैंक के डाइरेक्टर ने यह भी कहा है कि भारत का लगभग 280 लाख करोड़ रुपये उनके 
> स्विस बैंक में जमा है. ये रकम इतनी है कि भारत का आने वाले 30 सालों का बजट बिना टैक्स 
> के बनाया जा सकता है. 
> 
> या यूँ कहें कि 60 करोड़ रोजगार के अवसर दिए जा सकते है. या यूँ भी कह सकते है कि भारत 
> के किसी भी गाँव से दिल्ली तक 4 लेन रोड बनाया जा सकता है. 
> 
> ऐसा भी कह सकते है कि 500 से ज्यादा सामाजिक प्रोजेक्ट पूर्ण किये जा सकते है. ये रकम 
> इतनी ज्यादा है कि अगर हर भारतीय को 2000 रुपये हर महीने भी दिए जाये तो 60 साल 
> तक ख़त्म ना हो. यानी भारत को किसी वर्ल्ड बैंक से लोन लेने कि कोई जरुरत नहीं है. जरा 
> सोचिये ... हमारे भ्रष्ट राजनेताओं और नोकरशाहों ने कैसे देश को 
> 
> लूटा है और ये लूट का सिलसिला अभी तक 2011 तक जारी है. 
> 
> इस सिलसिले को अब रोकना बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी हो गया है. अंग्रेजो ने हमारे भारत पर करीब 
> 200 सालो तक राज करके करीब 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये लूटा. 
> 
> मगर आजादी के केवल 64 सालों में हमारे भ्रस्टाचार ने 280 लाख करोड़ लूटा है. एक तरफ 200 
> साल में 1 लाख करोड़ है और दूसरी तरफ केवल 64 सालों में 280 लाख करोड़ है. यानि हर साल 
> लगभग 4.37 लाख करोड़, या हर महीने करीब 36 हजार करोड़ भारतीय मुद्रा स्विस बैंक में 
> इन भ्रष्ट लोगों द्वारा जमा करवाई गई है.

> भारत को किसी वर्ल्ड बैंक के लोन की कोई दरकार नहीं है. सोचो की कितना पैसा हमारे 
> भ्रष्ट राजनेताओं और उच्च अधिकारीयों ने ब्लाक करके रखा हुआ है.

> हमे भ्रस्ट राजनेताओं और भ्रष्ट अधिकारीयों के खिलाफ जाने का पूर्ण अधिकार है.हाल ही में

Anna Hazares message to the Nation for 15th and 16th August.

My Dear Fellow Indians,
A decisive battle against corruption has begun. We are not against any political party. We want systemic reforms. We want a corruption-free India. After all, what are the people asking for – a strong anti-corruption law which provides for honest and time-bound investigations and trials that result in jail for the guilty, confiscation of embezzled money and their dismissal from service? Are we asking too much? For two months, we were talking to the government. Government seems unwilling to take even small steps against corruption. Government appears insincere. We have met all prominent political leaders. We have tried everything. What do we do now? When I announced my indefinite fast from 16th August, the government threatened that they would crush us the way they crushed Baba Ramdev's peaceful agitation. Friends, this is a historic opportunity. We can't afford to lose it. We are determined to fight to the end. If they arrest us, we will peacefully offer ourselves. If they use batons and bullets, we will happily lay down our lives but will not leave the place. We will not retaliate. It will be a completely non-violent movement. “If you fast on 16th August, you will be crushed” – this is what they are saying. “We will impose section 144 on Jantar Mantar” – this is what they are thinking. But I say that if every citizen in this country takes off from his work from 16th August, comes on the streets in front of his house, at the crossing, with a tricolor in his hands shouting “Bharat Mata ki Jai” and raising slogans against corruption, they will fall short of batons and bullets. The government may arrest one Anna Hazare but how will they arrest 120 crore Anna Hazares? They may impose section 144 at one Jantar Mantar but will they impose section 144 on the whole country? And let me tell you – the police and army is with us. At traffic signals, policemen stop us, express their support and wish us well; at Raj Ghat, the policemen donated generously for the movement! So, will you take off from your work from 16 August? Will you descend on the streets with me? This year, the country will wait for 16th rather than 15th August. In solidarity,

Government's Lokpal is targeted against those who raise their voice against corruption rather than to punish the corrupt!  Government's Lokpal Provides Greater Protection to Corrupt!  Will then any citizen dare raise a voice against corruption

लोकपाल के नाम पर जनता को धोखा

तय हो गया है कि सरकार जो लोकपाल बिल लाने जा रही है उसमें - 

• रिश्वतखोरी से दुखी आम आदमी की शिकायतें लोकपाल नहीं सुनेगा. 
• निचले स्तर के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के भ्रष्टाचार  की जन लोकपाल के दायरे में नहीं आएगी 
• नगर निगम, पंचायत, विकास प्राधिकरणों का भ्रष्टाचार इसकी जांच के दायरे में नहीं आएगा 
• राज्य सरकारों का भ्रष्टाचार इसके दायरे में नहीं आएगा
• प्रधानमंत्री, जजों और सांसदों का भ्रष्टाचार इसके दायरे में नहीं आएगा, यानि  २-जी, कैश फॉर वोट, कामनवेल्थ, आदर्श, येदुरप्पा, जैसे घोटाले इससे एकदम बाहर रखे गए हैं. 
• ७ साल से पुराना कोई भी मामला इसकी जांच के दायरे में नहीं आएगा... अर्थात बोफोर्स, चारा घोटाला जैसा कोई भी घोटाला इसकी जांच के दायरे से पहले ही अलग कर  दिया गया है. 
• लोकपाल के सदस्यों का चयन प्रधानमंत्री, एक मंत्री, लोकसभा अध्यक्ष, प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा मनोनीत एक बुद्धिजीवी, एक ज्यूरिस्ट, के हाथ में होगा क्योंकि इसके चयन के लिए जो समिति बनेगी उसमें एक बाकी के एक दो लोगो और होंगे, और उनकी कौन सुनेगा?
• लोकपाल के सदस्यों को ही सारा काम करना होगा यानि सारा का सारा काम ८ सदस्य करेंगे, अफसरों के पास निर्णय लेने के अधिकार नहीं होंगे, इससे सारा का सारा काम दो-तीन महीने में ही ठप हो जाएगा.

ज़ाहिर है कि नेता एक अच्छा लोकपाल बिल नहीं ला सकते. क्योंकि अगर एक सख्त लोकपाल कानून बना तो देश के आधे से अधिक नेता दो साल में जेल चले जायेंगे और बाकी की भी दुकानदारियाँ बंद हो जाएंगी. इसलिए यह ज़रूरी हो गया है कि हम यानी देश के आम लोग इस कानून को बनवाने की पहल करें. 

अभी नहीं तो कभी नहीं

१६ अगस्त से एक सप्ताह की छुट्टी लीजिए  और कमर कसकर तेयार हो जाइए एक निर्णायक आन्दोलन के लिए. १६ अगस्त की सुबह तिरंगा लहराते हुए अपने अपने घर से निकालिए.
