IAC- Nagpur pleased to inform you that we will have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mayank Gandhi of India Against Corruption (IAC) – Mumbai, on July 16.
About Mayank Gandhi: he is an Activist working on Nation building for many years. He is associated with Anna Hazare for a long time in reforms like Right to Information (RTI), Nagar Raj Bill, Citizen candidature and now Jan Lokpal Bill. Mayank Gandhi is a no-nonsense Activist working on several Nation building reforms for many years; besides being a very successful entrepreneur (cluster development in Mumbai is his brain child). Mayank is associated with Shri Anna Hazare for a long time in reforms like Right to Information (RTI), Nagar Raj Bill, Citizen candidature and now Jan Lokpal Bill. Mayank is the brain behind several IAC strategies and he will be the right person to ask many questions related to this movement
Mayank will meet the Nagpur press at Patrakar Bahavan on July 16, where he will unveil plans for holding Referendum and Padyatra in Nagpur, Wardha, and Amravati. This is part of the broader pan-India strategy of India Against Corruption to pressurize the government to pass a strong and effective Lokpal Bill in the coming monsoon session.
On July 16, Mayank will address India Against Corruption (Nagpur) Volunteers at 8PM at Sanghi Sadan, Congress Nagar. On July 17, Mayank will visit Wardha and Amravati along with Ajay Sanghi of India Against Corruption- Nagpur.
Note – Everyone will be provided with Referendum forms on July 16; as the drive in Nagpur begins on July 17. Please come in large numbers to volunteer for the referendum drive.
